3 Wing Welcomes You


3 Wing Bagotville, a CF-18 base, is one of two fighter Bases in Canada. It carries our air defense, combat support and search and rescur missions. 3 Wing Bagotville is actively involved in the region's community both economically and socially and is one of the major players essential to regional life in the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.

Two information and referral agents from the MFRC will welcome you to this enchanted region. A welcome package containing information related to you rnew residential area will be given to you upon your arrival or may be sent to you rin advance before your move.

The Bgotville MFRC is welcoming all new arrivals to the base for an information session to learn about the opportunities and programs available at the MFRC, the Base and in the Saguenay region.


Tourist Information

Do you need help in planning your vacation or your next outing? We have a solution! Come see our tourist information kiosk, which we update regularly. A wide rang of activities are available like, kayaking, camping, casinos and spas, whale watching, winter activities and much more. We even have tourist guides from all regions of Québec, schedules for ferries, including National Parks.
