Intervention
This program was created to offer you the support and help that you need when you need it the most.
For all military dependants, this is a free and confidential service followed up by a social worker who is a member of the professional order of social workers.
We offer individual, couple or family counseling. We can also give you a referral and information on outside resources for community programs, health programs and social services.
Prevention
This service is provided to improve understanding and for the whole family to develop new skills. We offer monthly prevention activities that will surely benefit all who participate. These activities cover holistic health topics, focusing on physical, mental and social well-being. They are presented in a variety of forums, including workshops, information pamphlets, and other events at the Community Centre. Keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming activities! If you have any comments, suggestions, or needs, we will be pleased to hear from you. Contact Annie Deschamps at 677-7468.
